Just renewed, so got the offer of 18 months for the price of 12. Checked out the advantages leaflet and instead of 35% of hotels it has hotel Santa Fe and Cheyenne for from 97 euro plus tax.

Is this per night per room  so 97 euro? or per person per night in a room so family of 4 would be 4x97 per night?

I would hope per room per night as otherwise it's making those hotels close to Disneyland Hotel prices ish.

Thanks, that what I was thinking. Got to weigh it up now whether I want to go for a dearer hotel & see what they offer or just stay in the Cheyenne with this rate, decisions, decisions.

Zee79 have you tried explorers hotel ?.We got 5 nights for 5 of us with breakfast for 350 it has courtesy bus from train station too..

Ive been looking at other hotels but my parents don't want to stay offsite now due to my father having to use a wheelchair now & we car share so need to be together. I have a friend who stays at the Explorers all the time, she loves it which is why I was looking at it. it will be good for my brother with being a family of 5.

We understand that the current offer for renewal is that you get an extra 6 months free.

If we renew a couple of weeks after our passes have expired, will the new passes run from expiry date or renewal date.?

I renewed by post today after speaking to the AP office in the park by phone. Yes you can get 6 months free but only if you renew before your pass expires. Once it expires it is classed as a new pass and not a renewal so no freebies

Oh and you can only renew online if you have a French address and payment card. For those in the UK  our options are in person at the park, by post or by an outside vendor like Supertrips.

That is 100% wrong info you have been given. I spoke to the AP office on the phone from the UK. If you can't get back to renew your pass before it expires they recommend doing it by post. In fact if you gave them you email address when you got your first pass they will contact you 3 months before it runs out to remind you of these options.

Our passes expire on Friday, we haven't received an email.

That is really unusual. All 5 of us that have passes running out in September have been receiving emails almost weekly albeit in French. I suggest you give the phone number on the uk website a phone and explain your issue. If they can't help you they can transfer you to the AP office in the park. Hope you get a good result.
