I have been 3 different ways, coach, eurostar and plane, and then even mixed plane and eurostar together in a trip :lol: .  My favourite has to be the eurostar, never had a problem, never been late and really is easy to catch even when I set off at 5am from my hometown down to London.

Whereas planes rather annoy me a bit, sometimes theres delays, problems, like on new years day last year one of the cabin crew called in sick I wonder why, and the flight was delayed by 1 hour.  Not to bad, but cdg is a rather boring airport to sit in.

Coach, well what can I say, leger are just awful, it takes forever, the ferry is tedious and yeah I just don't like sitting in one position for around 12 to 16 hours depending on driver.

We mostly drive get the tunnel then drive to Paris especially if we;ve got my sister as she is in a wheelchair and with how crammed the van is we can't get the wheelchair out on the ferry so we'd have to stay in the car :S And we can't fly with all her specialised equipment she needs. Plus we're off to Center Parcs after.

Previously I have flown, taken the ferry and coach (it was a school trip so a school trip) so the coash has been the most fun but that's because it had 40 of my friends on. Normally I like driving.

Sounds bad.

Driving took me around 7 hours, with a few stop offs (and taking out the ferry journey). And with Disney music all the way, didn't mind it at all.

Always flown. Twice from Edinburgh > CDG direct (Air France),
but mostly Easyjet from Edinburgh>Luton>CDG.
Heard that Easyjet are flying new route direct from Edinburgh to CDG starting in September.....Woo Hoo!!

We have flown as we are only 40 mins from Gatwick which was ok, but for us it has to be Eurostar via Ashford ( again 40 mins on the train ) and then its only 2 hours direct to the magic, we are wondering if we will have to go to Ebbsfleet when it opens or whether they will run a direct service from Ashford, im guessing we will have to change at Lille though if we want to continue to go from Ashford. Getting to the Airport so early and hanging around is so boring

First time we drove, second time by coach (14 hours of screaming kids hell, never again  :roll: ), third time by eurostar.  I definatly prefered the Eurostar, we drove down to london, parked at waterloo station then hopped on the Eurostar, brilliant     I would like to perhaps fly next time, if not definatly worth saving a bit longer and going by Eurostar.

i first went on plane from manchester, second eurostar from london, 3rd i went on coach but was a school trip and we were locatd in a really traditional french village so then had to drive like 2 hours from there to disney for like  a 5hour stay in the park, i suffer with travel sickness so the trip from hull, to dover to france was loooooooong. however my sickness only came on when we travelled back to where we were staying from paris. The ferry was a bit annoying, its boring and plus on the ferry i fell down the  stairs inside and because they had metal on i bruised all my side really badly, it was so bad it was painful to sit on the coach and even to put my  swimming costume on. next time we are going on plane from manchester we wanted to go form humberside but the travel agents couldnt get us that. i really enjoyed the eurostar, it was 9 years ago and i was only 7 at the time and loved the goody bag, and the characters, its really relaxed and gets you in the mood for disneyland!

First time, by train. Second time, by car.

Next time, by Thalys to Paris, spend the evening on Pont des Art, and then drive to DLRP early the next morning.

Travelled by plane, eurostar and coach. plane and coach were shocking, would never ever do that again. lol

Eurostar is amazing! :-D no faffing about!

The first time in 94 I went with my mom. We went to Paris by bus from Portugal. We stayed there three days, one of them we spent in (former) Eurodisney.

The next time, in 2002 I went with some friends. We drove from Portugal to Amsterdam, and stayed three days in Paris. From Paris to DLRP we went by train.

This year I'll be going by plane The fasted way by far lol

I can't remember very much from when I was younger, but I think we went by Ferry and then car. But as I got older we started to go on Eurostar, simply because it was so quick and easy.

Now however, we fly. We've flown for the past 5 visits we've had and I find it so much less stressful. We can get some great flight deals from Doncaster Robin Hood.

We've always flown so far (using up our air miles) and never had any problems.  I'd really like to drive though because then you don't have to worry about baggage allowances or things breaking on the way home.  (I've never bought a snow globe for that very reason).

Every time i've went to DLRP by plane and then the VEA buses.

We always go by Eurostar We're about an hour away from Ashford International and then it's only about a 1hr 45 mins on the train trip to DLRP! (That's if there's no delays!)

Isn't there a new high speed route being built for the Eurostars towards DLRP? It will be great being able to get to the resort even quicker!

Where are you from then dlrp-mad?

I'd really like to drive though because then you don't have to worry about baggage allowances or things breaking on the way home.  (I've never bought a snow globe for that very reason).
