Resort Hub

I couldn't find a topic on the Resort Hub (The area between the parks, RER and TGV, and Disney Village) so i thought i'd start a new topic!

So what's the deal with it? Is it Disney-owned? And why don't the kick off those annoying street sellers with the tacky eiffel towers?  :evil:
