I know you guys find these post annoying but i was thinking of it when i went to DisneyLand Resort Paris (DLRP) a few weeks ago. They only have two parks and in fairness Disney Studios is pretty small compared to the Disney Park. If you look at an overhead shot of Disneyland Paris you will see that there is tonnes of space around the resort. Would this space be used for future development into another park? Heres a picture of what i mean:

The space is there.  I would love to see a third gate in Paris, but only time will tell.  The Hong Kong park has just had a cash injection and with roumors of a new park in Shanghai for 2012 anything could happen.  Maybe we will hear somthing in time for the parks 20th Anniversary.

I'm happy that there is at least with the Disney Studios a new park addition. Not sooo big as the original park, but still a great addition imo. But hope for some new attractions in the future too.

I have a feeling there already is a topic for this.

But no, they need to expand and improve WDS and get DL completely fixed before they contemplate another park

what I would of done is move the car park on the map showing to the right of Disney Park to the area that is empty where they were planning to put the Racing Circuit, thus giving more space for a bigger car park.

The you would have room to the right of the park for expansion and still have room to the left of WDS for expansion as well :)

Yep a third gate has been discussed before but for my few pence worth I would at present rather see improvements to Disney Village and an expansion to the Studios first.
Maybe a third gate before it's time to meet my maker [-o<

The space is there i totally agree and also agree that improvements and adjustments should start before a new park or expansion. I was looking on the forum and i think i saw a topic about a Toy Story land expansion for WDS. That would be good! Or would it? If they can pull it off.

Just to confirm. From the WDWMagic site forum in the Disneyland Resort Paris Thread, that there is a topic in there that confirms expansion of WDS. here is both the topic and article:

I definitely would love to see another park to the Disneyland Paris resort but I would only like to see this in 10/20 years when the WDS has developed a lot more because it is a good park but does need a lot more development before WDI can even begin thinking about a third park.

I don't think there is a market right now for an extra gate.

I think by the time the 25th comes around it will be time for a 3rd gate. Walt Disney World didn't get its 3rd gate until 1989, nearly 20 years after Magic Kingdom opened.

Personally, I'd love the third gate to be a "Europe-cot", instead of "World Showcase" it would be Europe Showcase. Can't see that happened though!

I can see an indoor water park coming before a third park. If it was Lava Lagoon... perfect! WDS needs to improve and expand before that though.

I actually think a world-showcase would be better. It'd be more interesting for guests since they wouldn't have been to most of the countries. Europeans seeing European countries could be a little boring. It'd be like putting an English-themed park in.... England!

Good point, I didn't think of it that way.

Lava Lagoon would be a great addition to the resort, and would add more to the resort's reputation than a third gate at the moment.
The current hotel pools are not great, a totally unique waterpark would be excellant.

Yes. It's crap. People probably like Europa because of the rides anyway (you know, with with the tallest coaster on the continent and all) and not because of the European theme. A Disney park would focus more on the theme than the rides.
