OMG noooooo, this seems like such a bad idea. It cuts into where the 3rd park is planned, and it is for an event once a year.  Also, it means for Disney fans, hotels will be hard to come by, and I doubt many going for the race will want to go to the parks.

I hope this one does not happen, I would really like a third park instead.
