I would like to see a parade where the character and dancers, who're on and around the floats, are actually celebrating Halloween. So the characters would wear their Halloween outfits and stuff like that. Also playing a little (!) with the music to make it more Halloween-ish.
Maybe they could let some smoke 'escape' from underneath the floats, what would give an awesome atmosphere! :-D

I was just thinking how awesome it would be to have a float based on the Nightmare Before Christmas and Caroline (two films, to match with the rest of the parade) which would be the 'Nightmares of Halloween'-float. But even just Jack and Sally on the first float (with lots of halloween-decorations) would statisfy for me, so that it appears they have taken over the original parade!
