Hi - please can anyone help, can I exchange the meal vouchers for one day for cash to spend at the rainforest café as I know this restaurant is not included in the meal plan.

Sorry, that is not something you can do. Vouchers can't be exchanged for cash nor used at non-Disney restaurants.

We visited the rainforest café on our last day when we had used all our vouchers up.  Was good to chill out for a meal before heading home.  We're doing the same this year but with Planet Hollywood instead.
