Does anyone know if you can book a character breakfast if you aren't staying at disney hotel ?
Also how much it is

I don't know the price but yes you can. It's open for everyone.

It's 22 € if you're not in a Disney hotel.
I believe 17 € or 19 € if you're in a Disney hotel.

It's €17 if you're in a Disney hotel, €22 in a partner hotel, or €25 in Davy Crockett Ranch if you don't have a meal plan.

If you're not staying at any of the above, it's not clear whether you can go to Café Mickey for breakfast, but I expect you can. Disney is always happy to take your money.

Yes, you can :-) I've been there several times and stayed in different hotels in Val d'Europe. No problem. Be sure to make a reservation in advance, breakfast at Cafe Mickey is very popular
