Newport Bay new room descriptions and are the benefits same as admirals floor?

I'm looking at booking for next march. I've stayed in SL Sante Fe DLH and Newport Bay in the past. I have found some really good deals on the magic breaks site one being a lakeside room on admirals floor. Am I correct in thinking this is same as GF at SL ?? Do you get similar benefits?? Also will this rooms be renamed once all the renovations are completed?? Many thanks in advance

Disney direct are booking rooms for next year in the Compass Club which is expected to have the same perks as the GFC. I know they are scraping the Admirals Floor rooms so I'm not sure why you can still book them for next year as they don't have the same perks.
