How to get the room we want at Cheyenne

Hi there we are going to Cheyenne in the middle of June we have been a few times before and stayed at the M ADIC circus on air miles and bought annual passes to get the EMH. This will probably be the last time that we go for a few years as dd starts school in September and we will not be able to afford to go in school holidays.


Anyway enough of my waffle ... I want to make sure that we get a room that ideally has a view of the cowboy street at Cheyenne or failing that the rio grande in short any view that does not overlook a car park can anyone give me any tips how I could do that don't mind emailing, phoning or even bribing
