while we were there last oct, there was free facepainting every day,the artists did a brilliant job,they were fantastic...
  like you have said about making fools of youselves,thats what i love about dlp...life can get so stressful at times,and in normal everyday life i would not walk round the with my face painted and singing on the streets ,but once im inside that bubble , the outside world doesnt seem to matter anymore and you have no cares in the world , if just for a short while....

I REALLY can't wait!! I'm there from the 5th - 12th October this year and This seems like it's a great year to go to the Halloween festivities! I do have a question, I'm thinking about dressing up for MNSSHP, does anybody know if there's a lot of adults dressed up as characters or is it mainly just for the kids?

As for MNSSHP I would suggest to just wear a funny DLRP Hat as a costume only, as adults are not allowed to wear costumes during park hours and special parties, as some children would think that you would be a disney character in some way..

actually adults are allowed to dress up for the halloween parties. for the mnsshp they do have the right to deny you entry if they think you could scare or offend little kids so i wouldn't go with a costume that is too gory or too adult.

I'm going to stick with my Disney roots and dress as my favourite disney character, Stitch!!
I'm 17 and I just wanna turn some heads and hopefully meet stitch to see how he reacts!!

I will see what I can do. It was in the days before we had a digital camera, and I am not sure where the prints are. I will ask the boss and see if I can work a little magic.

If I'm not mistaken, last year Frontierland, Adventureland and Fantasyland were open. Only Discoveryland was closed. Can anyone confirm that those lands will be open again this year during the parties? Pirates needs to be open, otherwise I won't go.  :twisted:

not sure what im more excited bout - disney @ halloween or mnsshp!!!  i have my costume all ready and same for kids - think dh is going as himself  :lol:

oooo - what time is it from??  keep thinkin its 5pm, but parks open til 7pm??  how does that all work??  am assuming there r places to get food from too - might need food to keep boys going - or maybe feed them large amounts of candy?? lol

I think the mnsshp is on from 8pm til either 10 ore 11pm. There was someting about that on the Disneyland Paris ticket booking site.
