I was really disappointed . They occupied the kids all the way last time we went so didn't take much for the journey figuring the packs would be enough again :(

Oh that is really disappointing, the kids are always so excited to collect their packs even if they didn't hange from their previous trip.

i wonder if they will be starting bags in the summer. its part of  daughters 'routine' to get a bag. could be interesting!

Hi,

Still no  kids packs??? We are going in 6 weeks :-). Are we allowed to take our own food on the Eurostar? Is there anywhere to buy it in ashford departures? Can we put food in our suitcase aswel?

Thanks in advance, soooooooooo excited!

We are travelling from ashford to Disney direct. We have booked Disney express service. After going through passport control do we board the train when told and then go straight to the express desk Disney end to collect our park passes and give in our bags?.. Is this correct or we do something ashford end?

Last time I went we were given special luggage labels when we checked in at the eurostar, *where they USED to give you your disney pack :(* then we were given our park passes on the train. When we got to disney we only had to go drop the bags in and go right to the park.
This was first class though so don't know if its different for normal class.

Just got my tickets (yey!) and under 'class' there's just a star. We booked first class so is that right?
