The White tent over near McDonald's used to hose Crescend'O eleven years ago. It was an excellent aquatic circus, and although it was produced by Muriel Hermine rather than Cirque Du Soliel, it was on par of an experience. Sadly, it was not very popular and closed in less than a year of being open. I loved it, and still listen to the soundtrack occssionally now.

You only need to go back to page 10 of this topic where Anthony posted a link to Google Maps which was pretty clear, really. The chimney, while being slightly smaller in surface, is on exactly that spot.

It seems that the actual shop will get built on this steel structure. I think it will serve as a supporting frame for the train tunnel beneath.

I would guess it will be lifted up in the future on to pillars to form the first floor myself.
