Quote from: "Baloo"I feel really sorry for those poor info CMs in the park who have to answer guests' questions and tell them that SM:M2 is only a new version of the old ride... They're going to be getting some grief this year!  :?

On a happier note, it's strange that I said to raptor last night how I missed those banners in the station, because look here:

Very nice, eh?  :D

Lol, thats fast indeed, they were'nt present when i was in the park neither. Need Magic? You've GOT it!! lol

By the way, something less happy. I was walking in the parc the first day and i noticed the Easter Theming was still present in the parc. So i was ready to film it the second day (the first day i arrived at 2,30 PM and wanted to see the parc first) they removed ALL the Easter theming in that night.....  :(

Oh well, i have seen it with my own eyes, that makes it a little bit better to deal with :P

Wow!  Something new to report about SM:M2!!  :D

On this website you can download a live recording of the music/audio from the queue line of the attraction.  It mainly just consists of the distant sounds of trains passing in the mountain and various announcements like "Teams Alpha & Beta to the launch area".

The file can be downloaded here:

(recorded by Ptimax)

Was there music in the queue of the old attraction?  I can't remember hearing any - just the trains passing...

I'm sorry, i don't want to sound bad, but is this file new??? (Maybe the recording is) I already heard a recording of this, last month or even the month before that i think.  :?

I don't think I've heard this soundfile before.  But it doesn't matter, I've heard it live already.  :P

Here's something interesting:

There's a long DLRP advertising running on Liberty TV (a travel channel) with an onride video of Mission 2 (a very good one actually), including the soundtrack.  I hope to record it sometime.

Some new visuals have been released by DLRP, and they look rather cool...

(sorry for the logos, but you know what people are like these days...)

It's good to see they're still working on advertising it!  :D

BTW, did you manage to record that programme Raptor?  It does sound very interesting.

:D I loved it! :P Much better than the original, and that's hard to say because the original was brilliant too!

A new initiative from DLRP Business Solutions is a special new "Space Mountain: Mission 2 Night" planned event that businesses can book.  They get rides on SM:M2 and then a space-themed event inside one of the resort's convention halls.  They've even got a special video up about it:

LOL, why?  Do you not think it'll work, or do you just think it's a weird idea?

An onride video of the new Space Mountain at California is now online!!!  it's a bit dark, and effects are really hard to see...
