Hi everyone,

I'm currently staying in Hotel New York this week and was wondering if you could upgrade rooms? I'm already on the Empire State floor as they ran out of the required lake side room but would like to upgrade to the get access to the full facilities eg lounge, VIP fastpasses. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so any ideas how much it'd cost a night?

As it's such short notice, it might be worth speaking nicely to the concierge and hope for the best
