Does anyone know if Disney ever did a Basil the Great Mouse Detective mini beanie?  I have lots of different ones and would really like one of each character.

They probably did. I remember seeing a Ratigan beanie on eBay once. It was among a set of beanies, so in the end the price went higher than I could afford. If they did Ratigan, they're bound to have done Basil. I suggest just keep checking eBay.co.uk and eBay.com.
