Best places to eat that's quiet (2 adults, no kids)

Hello, I'm staying in Disneyland hotel and have half board, I currently have no idea how it works or how to make the most of it.
I'm sensitive to noise (will obviously take earplugs) but wondered where the best places to eat are. If we we happy to eat late do we really need to book a long way in advance (we prefer to do what we feel like at the time). Not having kids we aren't looking for character dining type things.

Thanks

do you have half board premium?  is recommend bistrot chez remy and probably blue lagoon.  but you'd need to check opening times as dependant on time off year they may only be open till about 3 or 4pm. also Walt's.

We just have standard half board. I read it wasn't recommended for the hotel we are staying in yet surely your paying more so it should cover where your staying?

Zesty

Is it worth upgrading or just pay the extra ontop of bills?

Turns out we had free premium! I thought we were on standard :D

If you're on Premium, I can recommend the California Grill at the Disneyland Hotel. ;)
It is lovely, and generally not that busy (because it's rather expensive).
With premium vouchers you'll be on their set menu, but that's still really nice food.
If you request a quiet spot in the restaurant I'm sure they can accomodate you.
