Abandoning the Pushchair

My 3 year old rarely uses his pushchair anymore, and since about last summer we have been able to tackle days out at LEGOLAND, Chessington etc without it.

However Disneyland Paris is on another scale! And he will need it for naps and for walk back to the hotel in the evening.

Do you think rather than moving it around from attraction to attraction all day, it would be fairly safe to leave it at one attraction for several hours i.e. leave it at say its a small world while we do all the Fantasyland attractions?  Are cast member likely to think its abandoned or is theft a big risk?

Has anyone ever done this?  Or is there anywhere else you can leave them?

Last time i went to Disneyland Paris, they had a little desk just as the enter the park which allows you to hire a pushchair for the day! Not sure what the price is or if they are still doing this..

Hope this helps!

Thanks.  I don't think he would sleep in one of those though.  They look really uncomfortable, which is why I want to bring my own.

We were there last week and my DD who's 21 months was refusing to sit in the pushchair so we left it outside the ratatouille ride for most of the day, it was still there when we went back no problem at all :D

I leave the pram quite a bit, be sure to leave it in an official pram parking area or a cast member will move it to the nearest one & it can take a while to find it again...

Last April my daughter's pram got nicked from near Pirate Beach  >:( ....really hard to work out why as it was a well used old Mothercare pram...certainly not this year's Bugaboo.  As I have an annual pass I now check in my own pram at left luggage (free) on the way in & rent a Disney pram for the day once inside (also free).

Pram theft pretty rare it seems, but it does happen & I had to waste 3 hours to leaving the park & make the report to the police at the station for the travel insurance claim :(
& then they only gave me 50% of the value back as the pram was old  :( :(
