i dont know we rang and said we are ringing up for the free brochoure and dvd he asked our name address number, then we said we have a code and said it, that was it. I dont know about an email maybe its easier to ring as they ask you for what they need. :D

i rang the number n it was dose recorded things as it was just now when they were closed but they may send me one!
