How complicated would it be to add an extra night to my booking?

We booked with Co-op travel and got the 30% off plus free half board offer. We're staying at DCR so would only be accommodation not travel. Anyone any experience of doing this? Going to ring them on Tues to see how much it would be for 1 extra night as tunnel booking won't make a difference.
