It is a starter, so would doubt that it will be a whole lobster, not for € 32 anyway.

as with your other question about menu items, if it says lobster on the menu, the dish has to contain lobster. California Grill and Blue Lagoon are two different styles of restaurants.

This menu item you have asked about is a starter, which sounds like a salad. Therefore there will be pieces of lobster meat , on the plate, along with the other items.

The menu in California Grill is described as specialties from the West Coast of America. Whoever created  the menu  has based the dishes on American fine dining, and would have created original dishes just for this restaurant.

The menu in Blue Lagoon is described as exotic cuisine. Whoever created the menu has based the dishes on Caribbean style food.

Just because the same food item is listed on menus for different restaurants does not mean that the food item will be cooked the same way or that the dish will be the same. Unless it is a chain restaurant like Planet Hollywood or Rainforest Cafe, which have standard menus all around the world, every restaurant creates unique original dishes for their menus, which are appropriate for their style of restaurant.
