Hi, we are looking to go to DLP from 29th December till 2nd January and I'm just wondering if anyone can advise regarding what happens in the restaurants on NYE. I spoke to the people at DLP and was told the gala menus tend to come out but I didn't think to ask more details!

We have three young children so won't necessarily be intending on staying out till gone midnight, so I guess I'm wondering if the restaurants work on a single sitting or if it is just set menu?
