Does anyone know if it's possible for children to become members of the shareholders club?

There are two obstacles as far as I can see-

Buying shares in a child's name.

Getting DLP to recognise the shares are held by the child, rather than them being held by an adult on the child's behalf.


Halifax don't allow shareholders under18.

It's back! If you have an Annual Passport you can buy super-cheap tickets for your friends until September!

The cheap tickets are now €21 for a 1 day/2 parks ticket, up from €20 earlier this year. The offer is also now limited to 5 tickets per week, 20 tickets total until 13 September.  13 July is the only blackout date. I know I'll be signing up my friends for a trip sometime soon...

I also noticed that offer and am still informing everyone who might be interested that me and my sis will be there from 19th-24th June, we both got an AP, so we can get 10 reduced tickets per day

Just so it does not catch you out, it is max of 5 tickets per week, not per day

I wish to buy a Fantasy Pass before my trip in July. However, we get in late to the park and I want to use my pass to get my parents the cheap 21Euro tickets for the day. However, you cannot use the pass to get tickets on the day of purchase...

I COULD get the pass on the night before, but we get in around 7 and I don't know if Donald Desk will be open or the Passplace in the park. (If the ticket machines or booths will be open)

SO 1) Can I buy the entire pass online? The French site won't allow me to change the country to England.
2) What time does Donalds Desk close?
3) Does the ticket machines allow the purchase of a ticket and then I'll run in and buy the pass at the passplace, what time does that close?

In July the AP office will be open after 7pm, but Donalds Desk may not be. So you could either wait until you get there, and buy your pass at Guest Services then get it made permanent at the AP office inside the park that evening, or you could apply by post to DLP in advance, and have them send out your permanent AP before you go.  You may not have time to do this though, as its nearly July already.

Is there a condition on what date you need to have your AP before you can use it to get the 21 euros tickets for friends? I mean, is there a qualifying date ie you need to be an AP holder before a specific date to be able to buy the cheap tickets?

We are going on the 18th-20th July - so its a month away, do you think that's enough time? (I don't care of the start date)

The only condition is that you cannot purchase the pass and use the pass to buy the cheap tickets on the same day - thats all (then there a limit but I'm not going to get near that) of what i've read. But I would like to get it in the post so even if i've had it for 2 weeks or smth then that's okay.

you might want to send DLP an email, see how long it is taking for them to process AP applications made by post (you need to download an application form, complete it, send in photographs etc).

If you arrive the night before, you can get your ticket by paying at Guest services (beside Salon Mickey) if the ticket offices are closed and then go to the Passport office and have your card made out. I did this a few weeks ago and the AP office was open until 21.30. It may be later now as peak season approaches.

Oh thank you for that.

Well, the main person did get a problem - but others seem to get their pass within 2 weeks. My dad said he'll ring up tomorrow and see if they can tell me an average time.
The person did day 2 months (!!) but like said, some got theirs a few weeks later.

I've sent an email and hopefully that I can get a reply soon. Or I'll just have to wait and get it the night before and pray I get one that late.

As I said in my earlier post, the passport office WAS open until 21.30. so if you arrive early enough you will be able to get it that  night.
The only way it could go wrong is if you arrive too late to go into the park!!

Oh sorry I must have missed your post. Oh that's good then.
I'm going to wait for a reply or just talk to my parents about it. Then hopefully get one at the ticket booths and then go into the park. Yeah, I get there for 7 ish so that's all good. Everything is Disneyland seems to close about 6 hours before the park closes (over exaggerating, I know) but I wasn't sure.
