Quote from: "DisneyManiac"Just noticed the APs and got a question, do you get a discount for... say a 4day/3 night trip? And what would the discount be for that?

I'm not sure what you mean - discount on what with your AP?

I thought it was like 10% Off  for a trip with an AP.

yes, it is, but its not combineable with any other package offer DLP advertises - and as DLPs offers are usually at least 20% off on packages, your AP is of no use at all for package bookings.

So is it still 10% off for a 4 day and 3 night trip?

yes - you need to phone DLP and tell them you have an AP, and ask for the discount on the hotel/dates you want.

I don't know why you would want to use such a small discount though, and include park tickets on a package when you already have APs?

What? Sorry, all this APs are new to me

basically ignore the AP discount on DLP packages - its pointless.

EIther phone DLP ask for room only discount with your AP, or look around on online travel agents (Expedia, trivago, travelrepublic etc etc) for the onsite hotels room only without park tickets.

Or, depending on the offer DLP are doing, book a cheap package with them.

We got 35% off our hotel using our A.P. We had to state room only because they were giving us park tickets as standard. You really don't need these if you have A.P.

Hi - I will be looking to purchase annual passes for my wife, 2 children and myself on the 6th July and was wondering if there is anyone that will be there on that day that would be interested in sponsoring us. We should be there from lunchtime on. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks.

Hi Eric
Depending on the ages of your children, you may be much cheaper by buying the passes from CE multivantages. They currently are offeriing a childs pass for 35 euros for each adult pass bought and its valid upto the age of 11 :-)

Sites in french but with google chrome/translate, its managable

Thank you Amanda.

I will look into it as it does appear cheaper and one of my children is 11. The other is over 11 so benefit of one. My other problem is the day we arrive is a block out day and I understand that if we buy annual passes on the day at Disneyland that we are ok for that day. Do you know if that would also apply to annual passes bought from CE multivantages? Any advise greatly appreciated.

Hi Eric

Hope it is ok for me to post this here, but have you been over the the TA forum? Loads of practical info there including lots of info on annual passes

Block out dates do not apply on the day your buy your pass (or if you are staying in a Disney hotel) Or there is the Dream pass which has no black out dates of course.

The same rules apply for passes bought from CE Multivantages.

Thanks Megan.

All sounds good. Just wondering if I buy the AP from CE Multivantages say today is my first day still 6th July and therefore not affected by the blockout. Sorry for all the questions - I have been to DLP a couple of times before but never done any research into tickets, APs etc. before.

Thanks for all the help.

your first day with cemultiavantages on the APs they sell you would be the first day you get them made into permanent APs at DLP - so yes, it could be 6th July if thats your first day at DLP.

It's back! If you have an Annual Passport you can buy super-cheap tickets for your friends until September!

http://offres.disneylandparis.fr/passep ... sney.xhtml

The cheap tickets are now €21 for a 1 day/2 parks ticket, up from €20 earlier this year. The offer is also now limited to 5 tickets per week, 20 tickets total until 13 September.  13 July is the only blackout date. I know I'll be signing up my friends for a trip sometime soon... :D
