I don't think so.  I am guessing my suggestoin on the breakfast thread is why you ask--but the comments preceeding it had moved on from talking about breakfast and were more general and included talking about nighttime shows and someone wanting less meat heavy places to eat in general, so I was replying with lunch or dinner in mind.  Sorry for the confusion

When we were there in April people were going to Agrabah for breakfast. They were allowed past the rope blocking off adventure land and when I asked why I was told it was because they were going to breakfast. Not sure how it works though

Breakfast at Agrabah is only offered when it's very very crowded/busy at the regular breakfast venues.
