We are due to travel to Disney on beginning of June.  I am just looking for some advise on where's good to eat that serves gluten free options. My mum is coeliac and a little nervous as we have heard horror stories on how bad it is to eat while we are there if have dietary requirements.  She is going to take bread and snacks to help, but any advice on which buffets are good and where is good to eat restaurant wise would be really appreciated!!!!  We are all really looking forward to the holiday and I would hate this to spoil it for her.

When you go to the restaurant, let them know and they can provide a free from type menu and ingredient information of the current menu
