Hi, we're staying in the Newport in mid-February in a superior Family room (lakeside). We were just wondering are there tea / coffee making facilities in the room or a fridge?

I don't think it does.  Some of the other hotels you can buy a tea tray of stuff (I haven't stayed in Newport bay for a long time).  The only reason I don't think it does is on a booking site there is no mention of it for the Superior Lakeside room and then the Compass club room says tea/nespresso making facilities.
