Today I saw who were doing meet and greets in Disneyland Park:

Mad Hatter
Queen of Hearts
Alice
Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland

Gepetto

Genie
Jafar
Aby

Wendy
Mr Smee
Captain Hook

Scrooge

Marie

Thumper and Miss Bunny

Chip and Dale

Pluto

Minne and Mickey (normal attire)

Minnie (Spring attire)
Donald (Spring attire)

Rapuzel

Winnie the Pooh

Princess Tiana and Prince

There may have been others that i didnt see as i dont go to the princess pavillion but I am so impressed with the character choices.

Some of the above only appear at ticketed events in America.

that's a fab list, we also go to see Merida in the magic kingdom and Daisy, Buzz, Woody, Pluto and Goofy in the studios when we were there the end of last month.
for me the characters are the best bit! lol

There has been a huge increase in character meets lately, which I think has to be very positive!
We met lots on our last trip too  :)

Also waiting lines are much more orderly and it's all a little bit more comfortable now.

I agree its much more civilised as when we met Daisy it was a case of running after her, I did notice that Goofy pops up everywhere i think we saw him about half a dozen times if not more between the Magic Kingdom and the studios.
I just wish they could organise the Rapunzel meet and greet more and leave her there longer so that people got to see her as my daughter was really upset when we tried twice to see her and was told the line was closed after just 5 minutes but as it was advertised anywhere and the other CM's dont mention it, it is a case of hope! shame really but every other character meet was brilliant and I love the way the characters take their time and interact with all the kids really magical  :D

Was Minnie in her designated area in Spring dress? Also don't suppose you can roughly remember the time?!

Sorry to hear about Rapunzel.

In my opinion the characters spend much more time with people at DLP than at WDW. And i think character interaction at WDW is good.

Of course.

Minnie out at 8am on the left hand side of town square in her spring dress. I saw her but didnt do the meet and greet. Then when normal hours start at 10am she meets with Mickey in their normal attire.
But they only meet until 11am which vexed guests.

Minnie looks great in her spring dress but Mickey sometimes meets with her in his normal attire.

I was there March 6th and 7th and I was so impressed:

Hatter, Alice, Queen of Hearts and White Rabbit meeting in pairs all day
Pan, Wendy, Hook and Smee meeting in random combinations all day
Abu and Jafar meeting solo and in pairs occasionally
Chipmunks
Pooh
Thumper and Miss Bunny
Scrooge
Donald
Goofy
Pluto
Mickey and Minnie
Merida
Cinderella and Ariel in PP
TiaNa and Naveen

We also met Buzz and Spider-Man in WDS. The only place we didn't see characters was Discoveryland!

I visit DLP regularly as a Dreams AP guest, and in the past year have visited HKDL and WDW.

My next long haul trip is Disneyland in California.

I am obsessed with the Disney duck gang!

Great selection isnt it!
I cant believe how great it is that they are bringing out rare characters or characters that only appear at ticketed events in America: the aladdin characters, alice characters, Scrooge and Thumper and Miss Bunny.

You will have a blast!

Be warned though: when it is raining or bad weather there are hardly any characters doing meet and greets.

littlebitofpixiedust

Couldn't agree more with you sunshine1 now it's so much more pleasant all the pushing and shoving that I previously remember... I've seen some awful sights on some visits characters hit by children swore at by adults.
Made me so angry! DLP are defiantly on the up with the organisation of character meet and greets, they're not just for children and although I rarely get in a photo (hate me in pics lol) I always felt bad for the patient adults that didn't get to meet because of all the pushy parents that push their kids to the front. Really not on. Well done to those at DLP for finally solving an issue with characters that has probably annoyed people (like me!) for some time. Much calmer, more magical experience yay  :D
