Is this an official Disney channel?

http://www.youtube.com/user/DisneyFilmparade

They seem to be gradually uploading all the excellent (though unfortunately for some of us, mostly German language) Disney Filmparade backstage featurettes from Paris and Florida.

There's a new one for Mickey's Magical Party, too:

No, I won't comment on the choreographer of Dance Time...

Are these videoclips the ones seen on the German TV channel ProSieben? I'm not sure, because they use a different logo for the Filmparade and there was always a person presenting the show.

Yes they are, they seem to be being added gradually:

Episode 1 / Expedition Everest:

Episode 2 / 15th Anniversary: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Re3mz2Xb ... annel_page

Episode 3 / Musicians at DLP: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4GYZJWA ... annel_page

Episode 4 / Sounds of the parks: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MG3HTAGj ... annel_page

Episode 5 / Parade Artists: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYkn2cb_ ... annel_page

It's only that most recent MMP one which has no host or dubbing.

So seems like someone has taken the initiative to add them to YouTube, with that different logo intro, which is why I was wondering if it really is an official Disney thing... I hope it is, about time they discovered YouTube in Paris, and for more than dumb clips of extended dogs and Mickey breakdancing...

Unfortunately at the moment there aren't any episodes on TV. Hopefully they will be back soon.

Disney Filmparade is produced by Prosieben, not Disney.   :)

Disney Filmparade was produced by Buena Vista Deutschland then by Janus Tv for Disney and broadcasted on Prosieben.

I recorded these shows (without the logo) and shared almost 100 links on DCP for personal using.

EDIT: I've contacted DisneyFilmparade on youtube and this channel is definitely not official.

He has recorded the episodes for 3 or 4 years, just the same way I do.
And he decided to share them on youtube.

I just told him that I didn't understand this logo and It was confusing.
He answered me that the logo is just a way for the members to know where the videos were available.

Well, at least the show makes a little more sense now.

Thanks for the info Mouetto! I was hoping someone somewhere backstage in Paris had finally got them onto YouTube officially... the official DisneyParks channel is 99% WDW videos.

I don´t know yet if this show was the last. Steven told me that they have enough shows from 2008, for sending until June 2009.

allright lets wait and see  :)

i think disney should think about to create something like the disney filmparade,
but this time for 30 minutes and with a story so it could be a like a series.
they should make it like from the beginning til today, and because disney will
add every year something new we will get a series with no end.
i also think they should bring in all disney parks and destinations around the world,
not just disney world and DLP....

I think it would be better if Disney, ProSieben or another German TV station would produce a big show presented from DLRP, than this 10 minutes shows.

I think RTL did it this way 15 years ago. It was moderated by Thomas Gottschalk and I think it was shown on Sunday afternoons on TV.
In my opinion they would reach a bigger audience and that would be a great advertisement for the resort.

The Show from RTL since 1992 was the Disney Filmparade, too! The first years it was shown at RTL, then moved to Pro7 - but same show!

At the early years at RTL the stories from DLP or WDW was only 10-15 minutes, too. In the middle from this short stories was a disney movie.
