-Haunted Mansion upgrades (Magic Kingdom) in Phantom Manor
-Redwood Creek Challenge Trail (Disney's California Adventure) to replace Pocahontas Indian Village
-Grizzly River Run (Disney's California Adventure) in Cottonwood Creek
-Indiana Jones Adventure (Disneyland) next to Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril
-Pirates Liar overlay (Disneyland) for Adventure Isle
-Pirates of the Caribbean upgrade (Disneyland)
-Pooh's Hunny Hunt (Tokyo Disneyland) behind Fantasyland Station
-Star Tours 2 (Disneyland/Disney's Hollywood Studios)
-Jedi Training Academy (Disney's Hollywood Studios) at the empty L'Astroport Services
-Disney in the Stars Fireworks (Hong Kong Disneyland) as a proper replacement for Enchanted Fireworks

-Hollywood/Sunset Boulevard extension (Disney's Hollywood Studios)
-Entertainment like Citizens of Hollywood (Disney's Hollywood Studios), Jammitors and so on.
-Muppet Mobile Lab (Epcot)
-Golden Mickey's (Hong Kong Disneyland) as a replacement for Animagique
-Elements from Art of Disney Animation (Disney's California Adventure)
-A permanent exhibit space in Backlot where filmprops from the most recent Disney films can go on display, similar to Journey into Narnia (Disney's Hollywood Studios)

Disney Village:

-House of Blues (Downtown Disney Orlando)
-World of Disney (Downtown Disney Orlando)
-Disney Gallery (Disneyland); a cross between Disney Gallery in Disneyland and the current one in Disney Village
-ESPN Zone (Downtown Disney Anaheim)
-Cirque du Soleil (Downtown Disney Orlando)

On a more realistic note though; I really would like Disneyland Paris to take a look at the merchandising of Disneyland/Tokyo Disneyland, the Castmember efficiency and friendliness of Disneyland (I guess Tokyo's Castmember attitude won't work overhere) and cleaness/maintenance of Tokyo/Hong Kong Disneyland. They also need to sort out their food offerings compared to the other Disney parks.

Replace the buses with a tram system.
