I know theres a topic for DisneyNature, but i thought id make a seperate one for the DisneyNature film, Earth.

Have to agree with you there Owain, that is a fantastic trailer :shock:  Earth looks really interesting and something that i just know would be stunning on Blu Ray and IMAX.

I know it's early days but i could easily see this picking up soon awards after it is released.

Most of that footage looks like it's from the BBC documentary film 'Planet Earth'. Are they just merging some discovery channel footage with it and rebranding it under the disney name? If so I might stick to the BBC one narrated by Patrick Stewart.

The trailer looks fantastic. The footage is incredible, and along with the music and [strike:1gf50i0l]Darth Vader's[/strike:1gf50i0l] James Earl Jones' voice-over, wow! I bet this'll be shown on IMAX screens as well, Disney would be foolish to miss out on that opportunity.

You know this film is already out the UK (and elsewhere in Europe) ?



I think the producers released it here before they'd signed the DisneyNature contract. And yeah, it does seem to be a Planet Earth best-of.

Hopefully the future films will be released as DisneyNature here.

i saw this documentary last year, and it is really a great movie, but it is not released by disneynature in germany it´s released by ufa...

here u can find the upcoming movies, hopefully released by disneynature...

The trailer for the next film is on the French Disney site as Disneynature, so I presume they will be everywhere from now on: http://home.disney.fr/films/

The title puts me off a bit -- The Crimson Wing: Mystery of the Flamingos. What is this, the fourth POTC?!
