I can look on the video but I'm pretty sure it's just called the Wonderful World of Disney Parade. Or something like that =]

The two lines remind me of the Wonderful Disney Parade , in 2006.Not sure what its called but only the last two lines of the verse remind me of the Wonderful Disney Parade back in 2006

Thanks raptor, its a great song.
Sad that it was probably made just as a sing along song for the euro disney video.
I might try and upload my english copy of it onto the web so you can see the english version.
