That is incorrect for a start, as improvements were made to the safety harnest, creating less presure on your shoulders, which use to be rather sore a few days after a ride on this coaster.

C'mon people let's face it. Do you really think DLRP's Health & Safety department would keep an attraction open if it's dangerous for park guests.

Kristof is right, rides and attractions get checked on a daily basis, and no one in that company would ignore any safety issue that could end up injuring guest, neither would there be allowed too, as everything is logged down. You also only have to look at how quickly the Bridge at the Castle was refurbished once Management realised  it had concrete cancer.

The upcoming refurb at Temple of Peril is to raise a wall.  Since last year, all rooftops that can be accessed by people (thus CM's) need to have a protective fences (quite a few have already been installed: Constellations, the Fantasyland buildings, all the Disney Village buildings, etc).  When the fence is too obvious, Health & Safety brings in EDLI to make the fence part of the theming, like by raising a wall (already happened at Peter Pan's Flight not so long ago).  There you go.
