While Fantaillusion has been around at the park since 2003 I have yet to ever catch this parade. It seems to me unless you visit during Summer or Christmas your chances of seeing this parade are very slim. Ok I realise the park often closes during most of the season in the daylight, but still couldn't the park still offer it as a Weekend attraction, when it usually stays open longer. This is currently the only night time parade that I havn't seen that is in operation at one of the parks today.
