Hi. Splash Mountain or Kali River Rapids
Even though this are great rides in Disneyworld, Being cold & wet in the colder months  would not be enjoyable.
We all love water rides but not in the snow!!!!!!

If I have to choose between that 2  , i would defenitely say Splash Mountain!

one ride that they should never built at DLRP is the Tiki Room... this is BOOOOOOOOOOOOORING!!!!!!

others might be:
PW/Mullholland Madness - these rides need to be forbidden... they're fair rides, not themeparkrides
orange stinger - see above
anything related to Highschool musical - though a great succes, on our last visit in california we we negatively overwhelmed by it... this piece of franchise wakes up the lectar in me. (I think I might want skip a visit to WDSP this summer for the greater good).

I can't think of anything else, since most of the rides are built at DLRP or the ones that aren't may be built anytime IMO since they are great for kids or just plain great for all.
