When we went this september (off-season), keelboats were only operating on weekends.  :?

We went on them in September and they were onlyopen at the weekend like mentioned earlier and the queues werent too bad, about 30mins

It should - though nothing can be confirmed... Disney wants to have them running as often as possible and the next batch of CMs will make its boat license shortly... or so I've heared.
