Hello we've just bought our Eurostar tickets for 27-30 July and plan to buy annual passes when we arrive.
We'd like to book the hotel tomorrow but I'm concerned about staying of-site as we've never before, but the Cheyenne is a whopping £1,300 for us 3 adults 3 children.

My son is a wheelchair user and we're not sure if we're be able to board those particular buses? It's a lot cheaper to stay at the castle hotel/explorers web been looking st and it includes breakfast.

If anyone has an opinion or suggestion please let me know we're really not sure what to do?!

Both hotels are great and have good access throughout. Unless you are going to use the pool I would choose the Dream Castle as the rooms are nicer.  The pool at Explorers is more accessible and has more space. The shuttles are also suitable for a wheelchair user unfortunately like all the buses its the other passengers that can be an issue. People can be very pushy at the end of the night! There is often a person in high vis at the park stop assisting with boarding but I would be inclined to email the hotels directly and ask what they do to enable disabled passengers to board safely.

Thankyou for your thoughts and that's a good idea to email them I think it maybe too stressful for my son so I'm not sure what I'll end up doing he loves a swim so I like the idea of having a pool but we usually walk to the park instead of buses I was shocked too see the price difference as never been in summer before

I would just like to say I stayed at the explorers hotel and the hotel was very nice but the shuttle bus was horrendous because of ignorant people, so we walked to the park, which wasn't,t too bad and left the park early to catch the bus back.

Thankyou for your reply we decided to give Disney a call and got room only at the Santa Fe for us all for £600 for the three nights we can then walk instead you and others I've read said it's horrendous so I don't think it's worth doing.

I was surprised that Expedia was 1,100 for room only compared to Disney's price we were told if we order our annual passes we get even more of aswell if we call once we have a number

Cannot wait although we've never been in the summer holidays bits at the start maybe slightly quieter than middle? Who knows but I'm sure we will still enjoy!
