Hi can anyone tell me what time city hall and Donald duck desk open at? Which one is best to get a priority pass.

What way does the priority pass work at the princess pavilion? Read through loads of posts but still uncertain

Thanks in advance travelling in June for 1 day so want to be armed with as much info

I always get our pass from city hall although I'm not sure what time it opens.

For the princess pavilion, arrive at the pavilion about 9.30am and follow the disabled sign which will lead you to the exit where you wait in a queue (ask a cast member to show you).  They open the doors at 10am and will give you a time slot to return to see the princess.  If you turn up later than 9.30am there's a chance you won't get a slot because the disabled queue builds up early and there's only a few slots every day.  The disabled person does not have to queue with you but you do need their paperwork with you to get a slot.
