Hi I'm going to DLP in three weeks and don't have any travel documents for our magic shuttle or hotel. All I've got is the booking confirmation letter that was emailed when I made the booking in January. Is this normal?

Hi personally I would start  making calls now. Our shuttle ticket was emailed to me 6weeks before going. I know it sounds daft but have you checked your read messages or spam just in case it has accidently gone in there?

I'm sure everything will fall into place for you. You will be in the system somewhere it's an error on there part. Must be worrying for you, let me know if you get it sorted I'll only be thinking about it!!!
