Couch to 5 k ... how far round is the lake?

Title says it all really. Does anyone know?
I am being really hopeful here! But I would love to get up one morning and walk/jog... Mbe even jog around the lake.
Currently managing a walk/jog of 2 miles...

It's 1.14 KM

But you cannot simply run around the lake, with the new security controls you are forced to go through a couple of them if you want to do the full circle

I just doubled back when I hit the first Security check. You can also run along the river, which is quite nice.
