They haven't mentioned it closing but it will be without characters.

As far as I know it should be, but Characters will cease appearing there soon (Final day is March 28), then there's a brief closure from the end of March until April 8. Between that and the age of the location, I'd keep an eye out for news. It seems like they'd want to do something new with the space once the characters are gone, but it's not clear how soon they'd get started on that.
