Hey! We booked with Thomson back in April and paid it off well in advance, I am now at 13 days before my trip and after calling them almost daily they haven't got our ticket booklet yet. I'm panicking a little as this is my first ever holiday leaving the country, so first time using Thomson and I'm the lead passenger so it's all up to me!
Any previous experience please? Put my mind at rest?

Do you mean your flight/travel tickets? As I would imagine you get your park tickets, etc when you check in at your hotel (if you are staying onsite?), as this is what happens when I have visited (although I havent ever booked with Thomson)

Do you have confirmation of your booking from Thomson with the hotel name, number of rooms, etc on it? I think this would usually be all you need when you check in

Yeah my eurostar tickets really. I've got the booking confirmation for the hotel and we have disney express too just need to be able to get there! Stressing me out cause it's a completely new process to me I'm really not used to booking holidays.
