Does grumpy dwarf ever come out all the many times I've been never seen him

Yes. We have been lucky several times to see all 7 plus Snow White coming out the green gates beside Casey Jnr at ride opening time. The dwarves stayed for about 10 mins then went back through the gates. Snow White walked round to the Princess Pavillion.

The dwarves sometimes pop out on Friday and Saturday's in autumn, but this certainly isn't guaranteed, they also appear at the Snow White brunch which pops up 3 or 4 times a year.

I can say that we been there all fall (at least once every 10 days) and never saw any dwarfs 
But there was 240 min waiting line for Snow White at the pavillion 
If anyone knows anything about dwarfs - please let us know. My girls would love te meet and greet them.

They didn't appear this fall like the last few years
