Hotel tickets

Having managed to get a great deal for a 4 night stay at Cheyenne I am going to be left with the included park tickets that as AP holders we dont need. My daughter has a pass also but her boyfriend does not and are staying offsite the following week so my question is, can my unused park tickets be used by him? Is there a cut off date?

Unless it's changed since last year, the park passes will be dated for the same days as your hotel booking. All is not lost though, scan them on the way in, in addition to your APs & you've got yourselves extra fastpasses

I had this in May. If I remember rightly it said on the back of the ticket that it was valid for 5 consecutive days up to a date one week later. We arrived on the Monday, I gave it away to a friend on the Thursday who could then use it up until Sunday as it hadn't yet been validated.

So basically no, I don't think your plan will work sadly.

Actually that might partly work then as we leave on the Tuesday (I assume that we will have a ticket included for that day) and they arrive on the Monday. If your info is still correct then the tickets may be valid for two days. Fingers crossed!

So you are staying Fri-Tues and they are arriving on the Monday? Then he can use your tickets if they are first validated on the Monday for Mon-Thurs if I remember rightly. I didn't realise your visits overlapped.

Great. We had intended on buying an AP for him but we dont go till Dec and if all the gossip is true the new AP prices from November are going to be dreadful. I assume the day tickets will take a hike up too

I'm getting around that by buying ours online now. They don't have to be validated until 31st December so when we go Dec 24th we validate them and the year on them begins from that date.

Look for an online vendor such as Supertrips. They send you a paper ticket that you use to enter the parks and then go to the AP office to have your AP made up.

That's why I loooove this forum, even when you visit as often as I have there is still much you can gain from others tips. AP sorted!
