We ordered ours from travel agents, I think you can phone disney and order them and you pick them up when you check in thats what we are doing

Just spoke to someone at disney who said that a few months ago they were only going to allow 14 years and under to dress up but this year they are allowing adults again! PHEW!!!!! Ive ordered new items for my costume which are being used in the new POTC film so cant wait to show the jack sparrow there my new things
