Important Information about the Shareholders Club
Euro Disney S.C.A.'s Shareholders Club had announced the suspension of new memberships (new shareholders) as of Thursday, January 15th, 2015. The future of the Shareholders Club is not affected by this operation. All current members of the Club will remain members afterwards and can, as in the past, proceed to the renewal of their current card.
The advantages and services will be identical. After this period of suspension,  probably in March 2016, an analysis on the threshold of the minimum quantity of shares to be held by the new members will be led before the coming into force of new membership criteria and/or new general conditions (terms) of the Shareholders Club.
Since October 1st, 2015, temporary certificates are no longer delivered or accepted. Only the membership cards with a band with track (new cards originated since October 2012) are valid in the cash registers of shops, restaurants of Disneyland® Paris and for the purchase of park ticket and annual passport (excluding internet).

Please, think of making the renewal of your card 60 days before its expiry date.

Reminder on the modifications of the Shareholders Club general conditions
Euro Disney S.C.A. reserves the right to modify without prior notice the general conditions and/or the eligibility conditions and/or the characteristics of the Shareholders Club, including the different types and levels of offers and discounts proposed to the members of the Shareholders Club.
Euro Disney S.C.A. also reserves the right to terminate Shareholders Club activities for any reason and at any moment, in which case it commits to honor all reservations made up to and inclduing the dates benefitting from a Shareholders Club discount.

So it seems that they might accept new members soon.
