We just decided to visit DLP while we are in Paris this coming November.  We are looking at visiting on the 18th or 19th of Nov.  What is the best way to purchase one day tixs?  From the USA DLP website, it appears we can purchase the MINI tickets which offer a better price.  However the US website ticket price is higher than the French DLP website.  Is there a way around this? 

Are you able to purchase tickets on the french website from the States?  If this is acceptable, do you print the tickets here in the states (e-ticket format) or do they ship to you?   Any advice, info or guidance is much appreciated!

Yes, you can buy tickets on the French website from any other country. The French site requires a French billing and shipping address so you will have to get e-tickets. It does not check the billing address with your bank so you can enter what you want.
