I didn't take a photo (d'oh!  ) but do you know what I loved? How in Annette's and Rainforest Café, my veggie burgers came with avocado halves on as a garnish.

Amuse Bouche - Salmon Tartar
Selection of Hand-crafted Charcuterie with accompaniments (serves two).
Boy Choy wrapped ginger Challans Duck Breast wth Camargue red rice and five spice hoisin reducton.
Daikon glazed with Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch honey, quinoa pilaf with Marcona almonds.
Unsure now about the dessert.


Silver Spur Steakhouse

Beef Carpaccio with chopped hazelnuts (served with a rocket salad).
Aberdeen Angus beef flank steak (served with Steakhouse fries, roasted tomato and corn of the cob).
Raspberry chocolate cake.
Tea served with a selection of miniature desserts.
