Hello!

My husband surprised me with five days in Disneyland Paris for my 25th birthday.
We arrived home on Thursday and just sat down to have a cup of tea in our new Disney cups and my husbands cup leaks.
I know it seems silly to be upset over a cup but we didn't bring much back in the way of souvenirs and it was a really special trip.

I've been looking online and I'm not sure how to go about getting an exchange.
It's not cracked or chipped, and it was wrapped in tissue and t-shirts in hand luggage.

Can anyone help?
