My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at DLP and never suffered any kind of discrimination. All cast members were very nice and warm to us. As for the guests, it was the same, nobody was rude at us and we didn't receive any disapproving or discriminating looks.

Thanks everyone. We've been to lots of different places as a couple (we've been married for 5 years now together and not really been a concern (we've always ensured we didn't go anywhere that had obvious intolerance and homophobia), but prob being over protective Mums now, we just wanted to get other opinions.
Can't wait to go and we have now booked Sequoia Lodge Golden Forest room instead of Newport Bay. Also booked eurotunnel so roll on May 2015

You will be completely fine. My partner and I went and not one person bat an eyelid. France and Paris in particular is a very accepting part of the world I've found. Have a great time!
